Scope of work:

FIND invites trainers for providing outbound training by conducting various fun, challenging, and engaging outbound activities for a group of approx. 25-30 staff for half day team building event intended to address the following:

1. Boost teamwork and foster team spirit.

2. Trust and collaboration

3. Tolerance towards each other's opinions

4. Improving interpersonal communication (internal communications, external communications, and confidentiality).

Training Date: 20th March 2024

Location: Rajgir (Bihar)

Duration and Management:

The consultancy will be for Half day on 20th March 2024 (morning at 9am to 1.00pm)

Experience and qualifications:

The lead consultant should have an advanced degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology/Organizational Development/Human Resource management.
Proven experience of organizational development and team building.
Demonstrated knowledge and advanced skills and at least 10 years of previous experience in the preparation of Team Building.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English and Hindi (oral and written)
Excellent rapporteuring and analytical skills necessary for capturing the reviews and suggestions that will emerge from the interactive sessions during the exercise.
Flexible nature and ability to adapt to changing directions/thinking that may occur during the event.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
