Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover various topics in political science including political theory government structures and international relations.
Foster an inclusive and participatory learning environment where students can express their opinions engage in debates and critically analyze political issues.
Provide guidance and support to students in developing their research writing and analytical skills through assignments projects and presentations.
Encourage active citizenship and civic engagement by organizing extracurricular activities such as mock elections Model United Nations and political awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with colleagues to align instructional strategies and assessments with curriculum standards and educational goals.
Stay abreast of current events political developments and social issues to enrich classroom discussions and enhance students understanding of the political landscape.

Graduated/Post Graduated in Political Science
B.Ed/M.Ed qualification is mandatory
