PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To lead & guide the team under specified policies & procedures of Medicover Fertility. To achieve set target (Financial), keep the team motivated (Employee Engagement and Learning & Development) & help achieve high standards of customer satisfaction (Customer Engagement).

MAIN INTERFACES

INTERNALLY: Clinicians, Nurses, BDM, Finance, Operations and Other Support Function Teams
EXTERNALLY: Patients & attendants, Visiting doctors, Executives of outsourced lab and radiology facilities.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue generation
Creating roadmap and plan for business development in coordination with BDM team
Creating roadmap and plan for CME, camps, doctor’s visit, events and all other related events to promote the brand
Create SOP and lead in development / knowledge of process flow.
Manage Front office operations effectively.
Roster and leave planning with prior approvals.
Ensure regular departmental training to patient care executives and provide regular feedback to seniors.
Assist in handling all customer’s related issues are closed on a satisfactory note acceptable to customer as well as the management.
Ensure all incidents and events are properly documented and escalated to prescribed levels and Quality department.
Ensure the required reports are generated for the purpose of management as well as MIS.
Does gap analysis for proactive measures to be taken to avoid any adverse situations.
Regularly counsel and guide staff for any work as well as growth related issues ensuring the team satisfaction.

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: –

Essential: Graduate /Diploma /degree in Hospitality / hospital management

Industry Preference: Healthcare /Service

Experience: Min. 5-8 years
