Coordinate with the local agencies in procurement of relevant and specific land needs for the project at the given geographical area in coordination with the Project teams and specific government agencies, opinion leaders and other stakeholders.

Coordinate with all the key parties and close the litigations with the help of legal team.
Proactively identify and coordinate with opinion leaders and formal leaders and community at large in diffusing the social and environmental issues arising out of unit operations
Manage all consultation activities related to Environment, safety and community issues and ensure this is managed with political awareness and kept within planned timescales
Develop and implement guidance on stakeholder liaison activities monitor progress and outcomes identify innovative communications solutions and co-ordinate information gathering and dissemination across various project teams
Identifying Land for project with coordination with Corporate Project team and plant senior management team
Liaise with KIADB for land acquisition.
Attending to the Registration of the acquired lands in company's name, in consultation with Finance Department for necessary Registration Charges.
Providing considered Legal opinion including obtaining independent legal counsel's opinion Preparation of MoUs, Agreement of Sales and Sale Deeds for Land acquisition.
To evaluate the legal implications of the identified land parcel and suggest the management on whether to GO or NO GO, including the risk assessment and risk mitigation solutions for the Risks.
